From first semester I started programming and from the first semester I decided I will pursue my career in IT industry where I wanted to start my career firstly with programming or development then system and business process analysis and as software architecture and finally become a tech entrepreneur.

I was always curious about everything from nature to any electronic/mechanical items. What is the biggest challenge you face as a woman in STEM?
Firstly participation of girl or woman in STEM field because of our conservative mentality of the society and family. My family was different. There was no difference between a boy or girl to pursue his or her career in STEM. Family should be open like this so that a girl can dream and pursue her study in STEM field.
Do you still see sexism and discrimination in the workplace?
In Bangladesh I must admire we have less discrimination in technology industry and this specific field’s workplace. However for our conservative mentality or you can call competition girls can still face or see sexism and discrimination.
